I loved the location which was close to the beaches . Close to many markets . The hotel staff are very helpful . The hotel is spotless . I’ve been traveling around around India on this trip and it was my last stop which was amazing . The outside grounds were well kept .

Anjuna beach is very nice and pleasant.

Anjuna beach is very nice and pleasant. Do not miss going to Cafe Antonio (it will be shut down during rainy season). Fav please would be Fituur to have dinner since it also has elephant cafe which is very nice.

The place needs a good clean up .

The place needs a good clean up . The road was very narrow to the entrance, as a result getting in and out was kind of difficult. Goa needs to clean up its act. The hotel needs to be better managed in terms of improving the restaurant fittings etc. On the whole it needs an uplift.

Goa is cool. Anjuna was great & handy to everything around.

Goa is cool. Anjuna was great & handy to everything around. I stayed on the beach initially which was noisy at times. I then stayed at Starco Junction. It has great facilities & is a 10 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes for swimming. The seafood is great value & excellent.

It is not easy to get around Anjuna, everything is very spread out and at night the wild dogs are quite agressive which I struggled with. I enjoy walking, but here you need to have a car / scooter or take lots of taxis. The market was good, we ate in nice restaurants like The Tanjore Tiffin (a bit more up market and we loved it), MS Slow Tide and Pirates Cafe on the beach. We also had a night out in Juna nightclub - good fun with great cocktails. Overall I didn't like Anjuna much, we were there in the low season and we struggled with getting around and all the dogs. It really depends what you're looking for, but for me Candolim was a better location and we left Anjuna early to return there.

The best thing about the area Anjuna is its good location, near to beach, not overcrowded, not over commercialised. The cafes and restaurants offer good food and ambience. Facilities such as Spa, good restaurants, markets is very near. If you want to relax away from city life, come to anjuna.

I recently stayed at a hotel called Golden Waves near Anjuna Beach, Goa, and it was a fabulous experience. Everything was very well organized, and the owner, Siddesh, was extremely kind and helpful. He managed everything like a one-man army, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property has two spacious and well-maintained rooms, which made the stay even more pleasant. I truly had a great time and would like to thank the owner for his warmth and hospitality.

My favourite hostel in North Goa, and I've stayed in quite a lot of them. The location, the staff, the sunset view, sipping coffee at Sana cafe, the outdoor area outside the hostel rooms, the breezy green atmosphere. The room has excellent shower, the utmost cleanliness, and I LOVE the partition between the toilet and the shower.
