It promises for a warm sociable and world-class accommodation. The seduction of serenity, sand and sea will wow guests into the ultimate luxury experience where their only concern is to be pampered by dedicated service. The enchantment of this beach villa is tasteful at nightfall when the Goa skies come alive. The ground floor of the villa consists of a spacious kitchen, living room, dining room and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has attached bathroom with shower when second one has non attached WS and can be a good place for elder kids The living room is designed stylishly with large TV, two air conditioners and sitting arrangements for 8 guests. Private pool in shade of old Banyan tree can be seen from living are. The entire villa is fitted with elegant wooden furniture that gives a classy feel. The two luxury en-suite bed rooms on the first floor are the essence of character and privacy. The rooms reflect the architectural style and beauty of Goa. Each of the rooms is sprinkled with all modern amenities

ViIla is behind of Shore bar, close to Liliput an Anjuna market. Its a residential are so loud noise after 9 pm is strictly not allowed. Anjuna beach in about 100 meters away
