The old women was really really kind and warmhearted! Even she couldn’t speak English, but I felt she was so helpful if I asked some questions, we used translated. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. And this was very near to city center. I missing old woman so much 😁😊I’ll come back one day for sure!!!!

Flexible and understanding staff. We were just transiting from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan and our halt in Shymkent was just for a few hours, even after confusion in booking, the reception staff gave us an option to stay with our luggage and provided space for resting.
