I really liked the idea. It was comfortable and cozy. Staff was nice. It’s like ten minutes by train to city center.

Booked two beds in a room of 12 people, but honestly didn’t feel like 12 people were staying there. The bar seems lively, but our room didn’t hear any noise at night. Reception is open 24 hours a day, so the flexible check in and check out times were a big plus. The receptionists were also very helpful and nice. The kitchen is fully equipped too. We were offered free towels instead of renting, which was a nice surprise. The shower and toilets were clean and were empty or newly empty when I used them, but then again I was staying during December, which didn’t seem like peak travel times.

The staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. They worked with me and it really made my experience amazing.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, warm, and available 24 hours a day to assist with any needs. The hostel facilities were spotlessly clean and impressively modern. Towels were provided free of charge at check-in, and both small and large lockers were available at no extra cost. The sleeping pods were spacious, soundproof, and well ventilated, offering an ideal blend of privacy and comfort for those seeking an elevated hostel experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I will definitely choose this hostel again on my next visit to Amsterdam.

Great staff service and very clean rooms

They have bar inside and a play area where people can have fun. It is great because it gives a lot of ways for people to interact with once another.

Location, cleanliness and room mates

Oct 20-24, private room (shared bathroom) Great Location 9/10: Near / almost fronting tram station. Beside there’s a nice korean restaurant. Near Dam Square and Royal Palace like less than 5 minute walk. Comfort 9/10: with electric fan and heater. Nice blanket / comforter. Facilities 8/10: I like that there’s a sink inside the room. I love that there are CCTV cameras for every floor, makes me feel safe. Host 9/10: responsive in booking . Com chat. Hostel staff are kind. The reception is in Xplore Hostel which is just like around 50 meters away, they are both on the same side of the street. Cleanliness 9/10 room, bathroom, WC, are clean. WiFi 8/10: wifi signal, sometimes a little weak around 8-10 mbps only (i am at the 3rd floor) but most of the time like 90% of the time wifi is okey and enough. Value for money 8/10: expensive for private room but within standards, I guess all Hostels’ private rooms in Amsterdam being in the center, are all expensive.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean, the bar was cool. The really incredible thing about this place is the staff! Ricardo saw me sitting alone in the bar and asked me to play pool with a group, so I right away felt comfortable like this was a friendly place. Mandje helped answer questions about Dutch culture and was and amazing bartender listening to my crazy stories. Ian had the biggest friendliest smile every time I passed him and he ended up helping me make friends and being incredibly kind to me. Greg also helped me find my room when I rebooked in and was a great help.

It was based in such a good area very tourist comfortable. I had a lower cube room, which I thought wouldn’t be good but it was actually very comfortable and cool. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay and were said to leave. The lights were great and many charging ports. My only complaint is that I would often get too warm during the night but I prefer a cold room anyways. But just take the duvet off and it was completely fine! The shutter on the side of the room one was broken but we worked out a way to balance it and it was fine! The toilets had everything you needed. Always a shower free, clean towels, hairdryer and shampoo and body wash. We were very happy here and I’d definitely suggest it! :)

The receptionist were kind enough to give me a lower bed. All thanks to them, I was able to enjoy my stay there.

It place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, the pod capsules allowing you to fully close yourself off, the bathroom and showers including soap etc. To be honest, I was quite surprised to find out that this place was actually looked in the red light district and somehow I feared for a restless night, which luckily was unfounded; I slept great. (Note: I stayed here during what I think was a rather quiet week day, so I can't speak for the days (closer to) the weekend) Having the possibility to borrow a towel and locker - with deposit - is also a really nice service as compared to other places where you have to pay for it. All in all this place exceeded my expectations, deserves my appreciations and credits! I will definitely revisit when I need to be on that side of Amsterdam again.

It’s close to the busy area but it’s quite in the room

The hostel is in a great location, close to a train station, the room is what you expect from a hostel, Clean, loads of space, couldnt ask for me. The beds were a lot comfier than i thought they would be. Stayed here as part of a party of five, everyone said on the first day how great it was.

Honestly, people should just chill down and realize how much they are paying for this. This is not Hilton, it's got showers, toilets and beds. What more would you need? Price per night comes out to around 40 EUR per night which is unbeatable.

This is definitely the most beautiful hostel that I’ve ever stayed. It is a safe place to stay, very clean and hygienic, comfortable beds, helpful staff, near to center, good place to socialize and also security was perfect.
