The owner of the hostel speaks english fluently. Also he is super kind and friendly, that you would feel coming back to your hometown. The 4-bed dorm room is big and toilet in the room is clean. The staff is helful although she cannot speak much English. The location is good. It is a few minutes away by walking from bus stop to Sun Moon Lake and around 10 minutes by walking to Bus Station for the bus to Qingjing Farm, Hehuan Shan and Taipei.

I had a wonderful stay and cultural experience at Jiji! The hostel is very clean and cozy, and full of traditional art. The host was very welcoming and created an incredible cultural experience. I enjoyed my visit very much and highly recommend!

Very nice place, good style and welcoming. Nice room. We are cycling around the island and stayed here 1 night when passing through Puli, would stay here again. Shower was warm after a hard day's ride, AC was cool. Staff was friendly and the price was a good value. I loved the paintings in our room and also around the inn.
