Amazing hostel with helpful staff. They gave me a free room upgrade. Big shower facilities and plenty of bathrooms, which are cleaned often. Beds have curtains for more privacy. You have your own power outlet, light and a big locker. The common room is big and they show movies. It's a short walk to the BRT and bus stop.

Was there for two nights. It is a very beautiful and historical House. Its a bit far out but that is ok since you are better off renting a scooter when going to Kinmen. The hosts were super nice, warm and welcoming from the start and made me feel super comfortable. I was the only guest at the Time (Kinmen doesnt get many tourists). They took me along to check out some hidden abandoned Army tunnels and they took me out for Dinner too. I had a flight late in the evening and it wasnt a problem with checking out early. I could just leave everything in the room till before the flight. They even picked me up from the airport and gave me their scooter to use in the evening, as the rental shop closed a bit early. Absoluteley worth the stay, they deserve it! Kinmen is a really beautiful but rarely visited place. None of my friends in Taiwan have been there. There is a lot of History and beautiful landscape. Be aware that almost everything you see and do is connected to War because these Islands were the frontlines. Its highly interesting, but can also be a bit draining. So be sure to check out the beaches as well and maybe do some Birdwatching. There is also really good food too!!! I recommend to stay about 3/4 Days

I have travelled for 8 months, and this was one of the best hostels I have stayed at. The lady who helps run it (Sonny) is one of the most helpful and friendly staff people I have ever encountered in my travels. For example, she cleaned a bunch of mud off my shoe without me even asking, and she assisted with our laundry. She also helped us get scooters and told us about all the things to do on the island. It was a wonderful experience. The location is also fantastic. The rooms are clean and spacious. A bonus is that the washing machine is free to use.
