The location is close to the Bund (walking distance), the style ( minimal, but modern, like a co-working space). The staff is very nice, helpful. You have a coffee machine and filtered water in the common area. The place is clean, very friendly and open to tourists ( next time I will stay here for sure). I got a nice window view. The room is small and might be a bit of a struggle to get to the top bed. But overall I am very happy with my stay! It has everything an European hostel has and even more! Thanks!

Excellent location, close to a metro station entrance. Friendly staff and almost always someone was around who could speak English. Alston went beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Clean and entertaining environment, they had music shows, card game night and more. I really enjoyed my stay. Very high quality hostel in the beautiful Suzhou!

The staff is very good and helpful, the common room is large, stylish and comfortable with different sitting options. I had a great hotpot diner organized by the staff. Rooms were comfy and quiet, separate showers and bathroom very clean. The hotel is located downhill of a very nice and interesting part of the city, just before the district with old houses and lots of shops/cafes. Amazing hostel with helpful staff. They gave me a free room upgrade. Big shower facilities and plenty of bathrooms, which are cleaned often. Beds have curtains for more privacy. You have your own power outlet, light and a big locker. The common room is big and they show movies. It's a short walk to the BRT and bus stop.

Everything about my stay was great. All the staff are incredibly helpful even though some don't speak English. Location was perfect, very walkable to everywhere in town. The single room with balcony was very comfortable and clean - I especially loved the balcony with an amazing view of the mountains!
