Everything about my stay was great. All the staff are incredibly helpful even though some don't speak English. Location was perfect, very walkable to everywhere in town. The single room with balcony was very comfortable and clean - I especially loved the balcony with an amazing view of the mountains!

I like the location of the place, away from the noise but walkable to the downtown. They have a beautiful yard. Highly recommend the room the balcony. I booked some tours with them, great value.

Super friendly stuff and atmosphere in general. Everyone is talking to each other and often they organize group activities like swimming or dinners:) Also they have some cute little kitties and a dog which is really nice. So all in all a great place to stay especially if you’re new in China and are looking for some friendly people/ to make some new friends!

We couldn’t have had a better stay in Yangshuo! Sammie, Eric and Limin were incredibly friendly and helpful - even walking with us to rent scooters and to the restaurant to help us order the best dishes. The room was great and the common area is lovely with outdoor seating and a pool table. Eric also stocks the best italian coffee and Belgian beers. The location in the countryside is beautiful, and much more relaxing than being in town (which is a quick drive away). We wish we could’ve stayed longer, and will definitely be back one day!

The hostels location is great - just a few minutes walk from the north train station. Fionas directions were excellent. Fiona is a fantastic host. She gave us loads of information about the best things to see and do and how to get around in Guilin. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The breakfasts were delicious and great value. When we moved on from Guilin Fiona even arranged for us to drop our bags off at a friends hotel whilst we visited Xingping.
