Great staff; I asked to borrow an umbrella because it was heavily raining and the receptionist immediately found one for me. They send you helpful information from the moment you book, and are easily reached through WhatsApp. The capsule style beds make it almost feel like you're in a private space. There are several bathrooms, so there was never any waiting for your turn. Location is great; central in Guatemala City and in a great neighborhood.
