I like the location it is near JR Kanazawa Station which is just a few mins walk. The place is clean and with free amenities too. There is a mini store with drinks, snacks and noodles near the reception area if you’re lazy to go downstairs to buy. If you intend to wander around for a few hours before leaving Kanazawa, the hostel offers free luggage storage even after check out which is nice.

This is a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful location! The hostel is the heart of an interesting rural community, with older longtime residents in tile roofed houses and younger artistic residents... musicians, painters, farm to table chefs, etc. You can walk in the nearby woods. See old Japanese houses. And eat scrumptious food in the adjacent Cafe. Highly recommend staying for more than one night.
