Place was very clean. Everyday there was housekeeping available. The shower and toilet on the floor helps a lot when the ones in the room are occupied.

I ended up in Osaka with a friend for a few days, and then went solo for 4 days after hence my stay here! And I LOVED IT: -super super super nearby to Osaka station, like a 5 minute walk max so it’s so convenient if you wanna explore literally anywhere by train -so much food and shopping and activities around, me personally I was holiday shopping for my family every day so it was perfect. -great amenities! Including a wash cloth which I don’t see very often -good mirror lighting for those that care hahaha! Good for taking pictures and makeup. -staff are so friendly and wonderful! They held onto my lost cardigan, as well as keeping my luggage safe when I arrived early day 1 -comfy beds! -fun common area with different activities that is open 24hrs a day, with a special Japanese tatami area. I met some cool people there! -they have a WhatsApp group for social activities! Overall honestly 10/10!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were nice, helpful and simple to communicate with. Facilities were abundant and readily available. Easy, simple check in and out procedures. The price was very affordable. 10/10 would stay again.
