Property info

With semi-renovated furniture in 2012, the Cims Pas 3000 Apartments complex mainly consists of studios that accommodate up to 6 people. We also have apartments with a maximum capacity of 8 people. All studios are perfectly insulated and furnished with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, including a full bathroom and an American kitchen. The living room serves as the bedroom in all cases, as the beds are located in it. The studios and apartments feature sofa beds, bunk beds, and/or single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and utensils according to the capacity of each studio. The television is located in the living room. Bed linen is provided for all guests, as well as towels and a small cleaning kit. Tablecloths and kitchen towels are not provided.

Neighborhood info

The Cims Pas 3000 Apartments are located just 300 meters away from the access to the GrandValira ski lifts, in the very heart of Pas de la Casa and close to shops, restaurants, and cafes. Pas de la Casa is located just over 30 km from Andorra la Vella, in the midst of nature and very close to the border with France. Additionally, there is a supermarket 85 meters away, a pharmacy 220 meters away, and a health center just 130 meters away. There is also a wide variety of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy the local cuisine. Right outside the apartments, you will find a bus stop and the tourist office.
