Isard Vip Residences are located in a private building, so we do ask all our guests to respect as much as possible the rest of the neighbours and the rules for all the commun areas. We also remark that it is not allowed ski equipment inside the apartments and the entrance with ski or snow boots it's only allowed by the lockers side entrance. El Tarter is one of the most expanding areas of Andorra, so guests can find several buildings under construction and renovations in the area.
