The fine print
Each guest checking in to the hotel is required to have a valid Original UAE Identity Card or a Passport.
Please note that as of the 1 January 2018, Kempinski Hotels SA is no longer managing the hotel. The new hotel name is Ajman Hotel which will be managed by a new hotel management company.
Please note that in order to maintain a safe environment, Ajman Hotel does not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the swimming pool area. Hot plates and heating elements may not be used in guest rooms and will be removed if found by the hotel staff as a fire safety precaution.
Upon check in, guests are kindly requested to present the same credit card used to make the reservation, and a different payment method can be used.
Please note that the following charges will apply to all the guests staying over the 31st December:
AED 650 per adult
AED 325 per child 6 to 11 years old
