Turn key breath-taking units that makes you feel like you are home away from home. The hospitality and friendly interaction with the Developers/Managers Ambrose and Paula makes you feel like you are part of the family. Ambrose's one of a kind welcome drink-rum punch is to die for! There's no other place on Anguilla where you will receive such a warm welcome and never want to leave.
I am a native Anguillian with deep family ties to the island. When 17, Ambrose left Anguilla to live on St. Thomas before moving on to St. Martin as an adult. I spent 15 years in St. Martin in the hospitality industry, involved with such resorts as Pelican Royal, Palm Flamingo, and the Atrium, before moving back home to Anguilla to pursue a personal dream by building, and then managing, Ocean Terrace Condominiums, which opened to the public in 2003. Since then, I have expanded my horizons as the developer of Ocean Gem Homes, a small conclave of mid-priced luxury villas, and as a real estate entrepreneur representing the foreign buyer looking for land or homes on Anguilla. With extensive contacts among both real estate professionals on the island and local landowners, I will find the perfect property for the individual looking to invest and/or live in Anguilla.
Ocean Terrace is located on the southeastern coast of Anguilla (between Long Pond and Long Pond Bay on Google's map). Anguilla is one of the Caribbean's best kept secrets, offering more than 30 spectacular white sand beaches, crystal clear water featuring shades of blue that you will never forget, some of the finest gourmet dining anywhere and wonderful, friendly people who will welcome you to their island home. Known as 'Tranquility wrapped in Blue', Anguilla is the perfect place to just escape and truly relax.
