This is a very cozy apartment suitable for small families or a few friends. It is located in the center of the modern part of Gjirokastra's city, with a short walking distance from bus stops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospital etc. It is very easy to get to the Old Town, the walking distance from it is around 15-20 minutes. The bus stop to the Old Town and other areas of the city is only 5 minutes away and the apartment offers all the facilities for an easy stay. The apartment is divided in 6 areas. The bedroom has a double bed (200 cm X 160 cm), a big wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a smart TV and an exit to the balcony which has a table and 2 chairs. The living room has 2 sofas, an eating table, TV. The kitchen has a kitchenette, sink, microwave and all the needed cooking utensils. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink, WC, a washing machine, a DRYER, hair dryer, shampoo etc There is a hall that has a fridge in it and through which you can reach all the areas of the apartment. There are 2 air conditions, one in the bedroom and the other one in the living room. It is located on the 3d floor of a building and it doesn't have an elevator.

Maria is an old lady that has named this property after her grandson Alex. Although she is new in this business she loves the idea of offering this apartment to other people and is excited to show through her hospitality all the good things she has to offer.
