A comfortable and cozy apartment with modern furnishings. Suitable for spending relaxing moments inside and outside on the balcony with a view of Berat Castle, Mount Shpirag and Mount Partizan.

The apartment is located on the eastern side of the city of Berat. It is located in a quiet area with the necessary facilities for daily life, such as a supermarket and various food stores. We are only 10 minutes away from the center of Berat and 15 minutes away on foot from the old town like Mangalem and Gorica.
