Hello, I'm Ervini, I am the owner and manager of Arteg Apartments Durres. My first work is professor of marketing at the university and my second job is the management of several family properties. All guests at Arteg Apartments will feel at home, not only because of the new furnishings, the location almost by the sea or the conditions the best of the apartment but from our warmth and hospitality. My hobby is to travel to as many destinations as possible and I complete part of this hobby by communicating with the guests of my apartments who are from all over the world.

Arteg Apartments – Premium is located a few steps from "Shkembi Kavajes" beach, in a very quiet and frequented area. The palace is located only 1 minutes’ walk from the sea. Near the apartment there are many hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It suitable for the accommodation of 7 people and the apartment has a living room, two-bedroom, kitchen, balcony and bathroom. The apartment has a kitchen will all cooking utensils, air-condition, free Wi-Fi, smart Tv , street parking, etc.

The apartment is located in the area of Kavaja Rock (southern part of Durres) and is in the center of the beach area. It is a very preferred area to stay because of the easy access to public transport, a quiet area, has a range of services close to it, is only 1 minutes’ walk (30m) from the sea. It is a favorite area. for athletes, persons engaged in sports activities for the climate that this area offers. Mornings and evenings bring an inspiring atmosphere! The main and popular beach of the coastline is in the southern part of the city of Durrës. The apartment is located in an area available for easy travel. The apartment is located very close to well-known hotels in the area such as Hotel "Mejestic" and Hotel "Ylli Detit". The apartment is also located in a populated and quiet area, where various services are offered such as cafes, restaurants, markets, swimming pools, gyms, beach, etc.
