The structure consists of 2 floors, on each floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The rooms and bathrooms have all the services and comforts inside. In addition outside there is a beautiful large garden where you can stay and relax in the greenery.
Vila 53 is located inside the city of Durres where it is only a few meters away from the historical center. Near the property there are many supermarkets. Also, there are many welcoming restaurants and bars. The property is 1.5 kilometer from the port and the beach.
