The silence between the villas, the fact that it is not exposed to the busy area is the best thing. Anyway, you have to walk 3 minutes to the boulevard and another 3 minutes to the beach. So it is near the beach, restaurants, coffees, markets, and at the same time it is in a quiet area. My family tries to help guests if they need anything or have any questions, or if they needs suggestions where to go or what to visit, we always are there to help guests. The city center (old town) is 15-20 minutes far by bus, and the bus station is a 3-minute walk from the villa.
We have been welcoming guests since 1997, and we still do it with love and dedication.
The neighborhood is quiet, also the neighbors are friendly people and respectful. You can find markets restaurants, coffees, pharmacies, emergency center around the area, in a distance of 3 minute walk.
