The house is located in a very quiet area and near the city center. It offers everything you need to enjoy your holidays. Nearby you may find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, bakery and easy accsess to the main promenade and public beach too. There is no elevator in the building and it is accsessible only by stairs in the 4th floor, but this should not stop you to choose our house and enjoy the amazing sea view it offers you from the balcony.
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. There are no private parkings in the neighborhood, but guests are free to park anywhere in the places nearby. Our house does not include parking, but we are open to help the guest with suggestions in the city.
