Newly renovated condo with a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with a Port view. * The condo is located in the center of the city, between the sea and the historical center. Close to most popular shops, bars and restaurants. A short 2 to 3 minute walk from the City Square, the biggest Amphitheater of the Balkan peninsula and the Main street Epidamn Boulevard. Five minutes walk from Vollga Promenade. Early in the morning you can enjoy the sunrise. Especially from September to May, the sunrises are amazing and very colorful. Parking on every street is FREE. During rush hours, it is a bit difficult to find a parking space, because the apartment is located in the center.
