Located 15 km from the Albanian coastal town, Saranda, this charming village house is set in a good size plot of land with lovely views over the green fields, mountains and surrounding villages. A calm place with plenty of space, a fruits and flowers garden, where you can enjoy pure air and have some contact with nature, while for just 20 minutes drive you can also experience the vibrant city life of Saranda and its lovely beaches nearby. Sunny and warm during the day, the perfect climate for you to enjoy playing with kids or pets in the lovely garden where you can also grab and enjoy a bio fruit from the tree. A great space for you to have a fantastic BBQ or a picnic in the beautiful green fields nearby. In the relaxing evening, you can enjoy a glass of wine around the fire-place. The house has three good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, a living room with a flat-screen TV , a fully-equipped kitchen and a private parking space. We will be happy to welcome you with the warmth and positive energy to make your holidays the most enjoyable.
