Comfortable villa with ample spaces for the whole family, quiet, clean, with modern furnishings, green yard and parking. The villa is situated inside the well-managed resort, with access to a swimming pool, playground and sports field. Inside the resort a coffee shop and a supermarket also function.

The PERLA complex is one of the best in the area, with ample spaces and greenery, playground for children, rest areas for residents, a clean place, coffee shop, supermarket and swimming pool inside the complex, parking spaces, 24-hour security.
