Property info

The Gwen is a new property located close to the city center of Saranda. The best thing about our property is that it is located in a special quiet area which offers a lovely view of the city and sea.Of course the interior and exterior parts of the building are completely new and a mix of modern and classic style. All apartments are furnished with everything you need.Also the apartments are spacious and cosy. Last but not least our property offers secured free private parking space for every guest.

Neighborhood info

The Gwen is located 450 m far away from the city center which is very beneficial. You can spend your holidays in a peaceful place like in our neighborhood. The beach is about 10 minutes far away from our neighborhood which is a walkalbe distance in a big city like Saranda.
