Dear guests, Villa Eva is a family home that we love and still use. I hope you will treat it with as much care and enjoy the Bay of Lalz beach, a few steps away. I also hope that you will take advantage of all its amenities, garden and rooftop terrace, three bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with a full bed and one with two twin beds) and two full bathrooms on the 2nd floor and a fully equipped kitchen / living room and half bathroom on the first floor. The gated community where the villa is located has so much to offer that you can park the car and forget about it: a promenade by the beach with kids activity areas and restaurants for the evenings, convenience stores and farmers market all walking distance and inside the gated community. If you’d like to explore, the town of Durres and its antiquities, the beaches of Golem and Shkembi I Kavajes, and the capital city of Tirana are a short ride away.
