Welcome to our family seaside villa, located just a few steps from the beautiful Iliria Beach in Durrës – one of Albania’s most beloved coastal destinations. Our guesthouse offers a warm, peaceful, and family-friendly environment, ideal for couples, families, and travelers looking for comfort near the sea. The house features cozy and clean rooms, some with sea-view balconies, a lovely garden, free Wi-Fi, and private parking. Everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay is within walking distance – including restaurants, shops, and public transport. Whether you want to spend the day on the beach, explore the city of Durrës, or simply unwind in a calm setting, our villa is the perfect place to do it.
My name is Vera Zhiti , I’m an economist by profession, a happy woman, and above all – a proud mother to my wonderful daughter, Sofia. Together with my husband and our family, we are here to welcome you with warmth and care. This villa was built by my husband’s parents many years ago, with great effort, dedication, and love. Today, we continue their legacy by opening our doors to guests from all around the world. We believe in true hospitality – where every visitor is treated not just as a guest, but as part of our extended family. We’re always available if you need help, suggestions for places to visit, or simply a friendly conversation. Our goal is to make you feel completely at home – and to make your stay in Durrës something special. We truly look forward to welcoming you!
