There area available umbrellas at the beach (Beach towels are available in the house). The guests can use the park in front of the resort and the large swimming pool (daily fee) suitable for kids and adults. It has a private garden and veranda in a safe and quiet place furnished with outdoor furniture and a BBQ is available for use. The neighborhood is friendly and respectful. The villa is 30 min drive from Tirana Airport and 40 minutes from Tirana city. On the site there are a quiet coffee shops (50 m from the villa) and a market (in 30 m distance) where all necessities are found. Healthcare facilities are in 10-15 minutes drive.
