The private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, 24/7 hot water, and all necessities. Stairs from the balcony lead to a rooftop with panoramic views of all Berat. The gated property provides total peace of mind with locked metal gates, cameras, and free private parking for up to 4 cars plus bikes/motorcycles.
