About the Host My name is Gabriela Furlotti, and Finca Adalgisa was never planned as a hotel or a winery. It began as a way to preserve my family’s five-acre vineyard, a place where we have lived for three generations. In 2002, I opened a small number of rooms within the finca, surrounded by vines, gardens and fruit trees. I still live on the property and enjoy welcoming guests personally, sharing Argentine asados, harvest moments and everyday life in the vineyard. Hosting, for me, is about care, patience and commitment. I believe in projects built with time, passion and purpose rather than urgency. When you stay at Finca Adalgisa, you are not arriving at a traditional hotel — you are being welcomed into a lived-in home, a working vineyard and a family story that continues to grow.
