Neighborhood info

Located in the heart of the city of Mendoza, on Peru street, in between Colon and San Lorenzo streets. It is located just two blocks from Aristides Villanueva street, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars and cafes in the most exclusive area of Mendoza and one block from Italia square, where the traditional "Festa in Piazza" takes place every year. You can access the center just walking and you do not need to use the car because of its perfect location. You will LOVE our place. It is an oasis in the middle of the city. Surronded by the best restaurants and cafes. Plaza Italia is only one block from our house and is the most beautiful small Park in the city. San Martin Park is only 7 blocks (you can´t miss this French Park!) and the bus station is 15min walk distance or 7 min by car. Plumerillo airport is 20 min by car.
