The loft is bright and comfortable: fully equipped kitchen (gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, full dinnerware and cookware), air conditioning, Wi-Fi (great for remote work), board games, and a small library. Outside, you’ll find a BBQ grill with its utensils and a garden with lawn and trees (lemon tree, two peach trees, and aguaribay/pepper tree), a patio swing and a hammock to enjoy the outdoors. Layout & sleeping (loft with mezzanines): Main bedroom on the upper level. Bedroom with a trundle bed (two twin beds) on the ground floor. Bedroom with a twin bed on the upper level. Additional single bed in the dining area (only for children up to 12, with prior notice and confirmation). The mezzanine levels have child- and pet-safety netting.
