Ideally located in an exclusive residential area, providing a quiet environment, near to the City Center (just 6 blocks) and tourist areas, provides easy access to cafés, shops, restaurants and night life. Whether you are coming for business or leisure, for a long or short-term stay; you will find all you need at the reach of your hand. A new accommodation concept with 32 comfortable, spacious and fully-equipped apartments, with all the Hotel services at your disposal. Unlike other Apart Hotels, Soltigua Apart offers more quantity and bigger apartments. We highlight the fact that we are an Apart Hotel, unlike typical hotels we have apartments that are fully equipped, not simply rooms. Situated just 6 blocks from the City Center, this Apart Hotel is the nearest to Zaldivar Institute, National University (UNC) and Andino Tenis Club. Its name, in Spanish, highlights the main properties of Mendoza: the sun (SOL), the earth (TI) and the water (GUA); which positions our city as the wine capital of Argentina.
