The main bedroom features a King Size bed, while the second bedroom offers two configurations: two twin beds or one Queen Size bed with an extra pillow top for added comfort. Each bedroom includes a 43” Smart TV, roller and blackout blinds, wardrobe, fold-down laptop desk, bedside table, power outlets, and reading lights next to the beds. The living-dining area offers two sofa beds, a table with four chairs, a fold-down desk with an additional chair, power outlets next to the sofas, roller and blackout blinds for total privacy, and carefully designed lighting with spotlights and LED lights. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas oven and stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and complete kitchenware. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap, bidet, shower, and handheld shower with continuous hot water. A washing machine and cleaning supplies for general housekeeping are also provided. Outside, there is a private-use deck with a table and four chairs. Other details: Before booking, we believe it is important to share a few aspects with you: The access and the house are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or for very large-bodied guests. There is a ramped pathway designed for luggage transport; however, the distance from the parking to the house is 30 meters with a slight slope. The house is recently built, and some finishing details are still in progress. The property does not yet have a gate (there is no physical barrier between the sidewalk and the provided parking area), and some construction materials are visible.

We, the owners live on the same property and are available in person or by phone to answer questions, arrange transportation, provide local recommendations, and assist guests whenever needed, always respecting their privacy.

The property is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Its privileged location allows quick access to Playa Bonita (11 blocks away). Lake Gutiérrez is 6 km away, Lake Moreno 9 km, Cerro Catedral 10 km, and Colonia Suiza 14 km away, with the advantage of having alternative routes that avoid congestion on Bustillo Avenue. For sports lovers, a recreational path for cyclists and pedestrians is located 6 blocks away and leads to Lake Gutiérrez. The Virgen de las Nieves trail is 3 km away, and a “Sport Club” gym is just two blocks from the property. Guests may also rent the owners’ kayak.
