The building was built in 1896, The renovated apartments are within minutes of Vienna’s sightseeing, nightlife and business locations. So you can relax in luxury, with the vibrancy of the world’s city of music just moments from your door. Ludwig Van Beethoven once lived next door.
Gumpendorf was mentioned in 1130 for the first time and developed from a Roman watchtower. Mariahilferstrasse ,Vienna´s biggest shopping street and Naschmarkt ,museums quartier and the famous Cafe Sperl are just around the corner.
