With the opening of the Almresort Gartnerkofel (2016) and the Almresort Sonnenalpe (2023), we now operate two apartment resorts at Nassfeld – one of Austria’s most diverse ski and hiking areas. Our resorts are known for their stylish architecture, spacious layouts, and modern amenities. The apartments accommodate up to 16 guests, many with a private sauna, and offer direct access to the slopes or hiking trails – ski-in/ski-out included. The Almresort Gartnerkofel Nassfeld is located in the Nassfeld region, specifically in the municipality of Hermagor-Pressegger See, at over 1,500 meters above sea level. The ski-in/ski-out holiday homes are characterized by their traditional alpine design and warmly welcome dogs upon request. From the balcony or terrace of your accommodation, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape of Nassfeld.

Nassfeld offers 110 km of perfectly groomed slopes, 30 modern lifts, the longest floodlit slope in the Alps, and a spectacular 7.6 km valley run. With ski-in/ski-out, you can head straight from your apartment onto the slopes – with easy access to the 6-seater Madritschenbahn and the nearby beginner’s slope. Your gear? Safely stored in the heated ski depot. A ski school is also on site – perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their skills. In summer, the majestic peaks of the Carnic and Gailtal Alps are yours to explore. Over 1,000 kilometers of hiking trails, four summer cable cars, and 46 alpine huts and mountain restaurants promise endless outdoor adventures.
