We come from Prague (Czech Republic), and we love the Alps. Some time ago, we fell in love with Carinthia to such an extent that we decided to create a second home here. We hope that you will be equally enthusiastic about it as we are :)

Property info

Free WIFI, free parking, free NETFLIX :) It is a rather unique house, as it has been standing here since the 16th century. Since then, it has, of course, been rebuilt and renovated, but it still retains the charm of the past. Our goal was not to create a super modern apartment; on the contrary, we wanted to furnish it sensitively so that it maintains its spirit while still offering maximum comfort. The apartment includes a small garden that you can use for relaxing and enjoying a barbecue. There is also a garden shed where you can store your sports equipment such as skis, bikes, and more. We are able to acommodate up to 6 persons - there are 4 regular beds, one child bed (160x70 cm) and one travel bed for babies up to 3 years. The accommodation is self-service; you will receive a code for the key box before your arrival

Neighborhood info

Obervellach is an amazing place in the heart of the Alps. Life here is slower and calmer, yet so fulfilling. You will experience it firsthand—the pure air, the stunning untouched nature, and breathtaking experiences. Our apartment is just a short distance from the Greppestainschlucht gorge, approximately 300 meters away is a bus stop and restaurant. 900 meters from us you can find Spar, Billa, tennis courts and a swimming pool. Both ski areas, Mölltal Glacier and Angekogel, are 15 km away, and cross-country skiing trails start approximately 500 meters from the apartment. We would be delighted to advise you on excursions both in the vicinity of Obervellach and throughout Carinthia.
