We have a lot of hobbies outside in nature. Mountainbike, hikking, running, cross-country skiing., so if you need any recomandations for the area - we could help. We both work in tourism more then 30 years, since 2010 in Apartmenthaus Bader, there we offer 10 apartments for adult travelers.

Property info

We welcome our adult-only guests to have a quiet stay. Our location is a good starting point to reach places like Innsbruck, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Linderhof palace, Neuschwanstein castle, Swarovski museum and much more. While the winter month the tickets for cross country tracks and the public Bus system in the Area are included in the price! House is close to hikking- and bicycle pathes. around us there are a lot of Mountains, green fields, quiet nature. We have a big garden of more then 1000m² around the house. !

Neighborhood info

We have a lot of nature near the house, in summer a lot of green, mountains, a river. in winter the cross-country tracks are directly beside the house. you can start a lot of walks or bike-tours from the house, so you can leave the car under our carports. Leutasch is a good place to stay and start to explore tirol but also south of bavaria or the east part of swisserland. the border to Italy are only 60km from us, munich is 130km away.
