The newly-renovated Apart Sunnhäusl is just a 10-minute walk from the center of Sölden and the ski area. A free ski bus stops 66 feet away. Free WiFi is available in public areas and free WLAN is available in all areas of the property. The spacious rooms and apartments are furnished in a new woody Alpine style. All have a balcony, a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. The apartments also feature a kitchen with an over or microwave and a dishwasher. For guests staying in apartments, fresh bread roll service or breakfast is available on request. Various restaurants and shops can be found in the center of Sölden. Embedded in the stunning scenery of the mighty Ötztal Alps. Our neat guesthouse nestles in the hamlet of Schmiedhof right amidst untouched landscapes of great natural beauty. We offer homely rooms and spacious apartments! A perfect place to restore your energies amid unspoilt nature or to enjoy sporty challenges throughout the seasons. We look forward to giving you a warm welcome to the Sunnhäusl!

Neighborhood info

The village center of Sölden, offering endless shopping facilities, restaurants and cafès, can be easily reached within 10 walking minutes. In the winter a free skibus shuttle (bus stop nearby) takes you directly to the Giggijoch or Gaislachkogl mountain lift terminals. In the summer the ultimate Ötztal Premium Card is included for our guests, comprising all the valley's highlights and attractions.
