The location of “augusta” in the centre of Fließ combines peace and nature with excellent infrastructure right on your doorstep. Whether you’re here for a winter getaway, skiing holidays, or a summer in the mountains – you are right in the middle of it all, not just nearby. Some of Austria’s most renowned ski regions can be reached within a short drive: – Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis – approx. 25 minutes – Kaunertal Glacier – approx. 35 minutes – Ischgl / Samnaun (Silvretta Arena) – approx. 45 minutes – St. Anton am Arlberg – approx. 40 minutes Parking spaces and EV charging stations for cars and bicycles are available directly at the property. A supermarket, bus stop for the nature park shuttle, ski and regional buses, as well as a doctor, pharmacy, and tourist information can all be reached comfortably within a 2-minute walk. In summer, you can enjoy relaxed panoramic walking trails or challenging summit hikes – TirolWest offers routes for every level. The Venet mountain, the region’s local peak, is a true highlight: scenic, diverse, and perfect for unforgettable days in the mountains. “augusta” is also located directly along the historic Via Claudia Augusta – one of the most beautiful Alpine crossing routes. Today, it leads cyclists and e-bikers through valleys, past small villages, and right through the heart of the Tyrolean mountains. In addition, the panoramic outdoor pool and the Kalvarienberg sports centre are just a 10-minute walk away – perfect for relaxed summer days and spontaneous breaks in between.
