Welcome to Birg 1414 | The small region on the Arlberg. The thing about memories is one thing. Something very special has to happen to occupy space on our human hard disk. We are convinced that our nature gives us everything we need to create truly lasting, beautiful memories. How do we know that? Because day after day we experience what it means to encounter the powerful mountain massif, the lush green mountain pastures or the snow-covered summit with our eyes. We would like to be able to show you all this personally and welcome you in our familiar, very special house in the middle of this breathtaking nature. Your family Ulseß
Our family has been running the private pension in Gehren near Warth am Arlberg for over 30 years. We, Isabella and Werner Ulseß, have been running this house since January 2013 in the second generation. Why our house is called Birg 1414? Birg is the name of the small region on the Arlberg. The expression is a dialect term and is usually only used by the locals, but it is exactly this expression that characterizes our region, where we live and let live. In order to make the name even more special, the exact sea level of our house was determined and as the name suggests, we are located here exactly at 1414 m above sea level. We would be very pleased to welcome you here!
Check-In: 03:00 pm to 09:00 pm (Please let us know your approximate arrival time). Check-Out: 08:00 am to 11:00 am Road closure in winter between Warth - Lech: Please note the permanent winter road closure of the L 198 between Lech and Warth. We are therefore not accessible in winter over the Arlberg Pass (via St. Anton - Lech)!
