Welcome to the privately managed holiday apartment Bonito! Nestled between the Leitha Mountains, the Ruster Hügelland, and Lake Neusiedl, the small wine-growing village of Schützen am Gebirge shines. Relax in our apartment while taking advantage of the numerous recreational opportunities nature has to offer. Be it hiking in the Leitha Mountains, cycling along the Cherry Blossom Cycle Path, or water sports on Lake Neusiedl. Apartment Bonito captivates with its unique combination of modernity and tradition. Enjoy a unique view of the Ruster Hügelland from the light-flooded conservatory, which invites you to linger, and let your day come to a cozy end. The accommodation offers space for up to 5 people. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious anteroom, and a bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub complete the offering. Outdoors, you can enjoy the idyllic courtyard garden with a pool (this area is shared with the separately managed neighboring apartment). We love our homeland, Burgenland, with all its facets – from the vineyards to the unique nature of Lake Neusiedl. Culinary Highlights: A very special experience is located right opposite our holiday apartment: The award-winning restaurant "Taubenkobel", known far beyond the country's borders, invites you to an unforgettable feast. Additionally, cozy traditional wine taverns (Heurige) in the village tempt with local wines. Nature & Active: Austria's largest steppe lake, Lake Neusiedl, can be reached in just a few minutes by car or, even better, via the excellent cycling paths (like the Cherry Blossom Cycle Path). It attracts visitors with numerous water sports and lakeside resorts. Hiking & Discovering: In the directly adjacent Leitha Mountains, you can explore old ruins and historical WWII bunkers during extensive hikes – an exciting adventure in nature. Excursion Destinations: In just about 15 minutes by car, you can reach the historic free city of Rust ("City of Storks") as well as the provincial capital Eisenstadt with the magnificent Esterházy Palace.
