Central Vienna Apartment is a modern spacious (80m2) apartment with a Viennese touch close to the city center. The house is perfectly located for exploring all main Vienna sightseeing attractions like Opera House (1,8km), St.Stephans (2,9km), Naschmarkt Market (1,3km), Hofburg Imperial Palace (2,5km) and many more. The place is 10 min walk from Vienna central station and well connected to different metro and bus stations around the house. A BILLA supermarket is only 10m opposite to the house. The house (raised ground floor) is furnished in a modern way with everything you may need for an enjoyable self-catering stay. It includes a fully equipped open kitchen with living room (folded corner sofa) , 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate toilet. Floor heating in all rooms. Downstairs from the apartment you can enjoy an unique modern 40m2 city garden with dining table and chairs.
I'd like to say I'm a fairly open-minded person. I like art, travelling and learning foreign languages. You are always welcome to my lovely apartment.
Around the house there are many nice restaurants (typical Viennese Cafe Wortner 500m), bars, supermarkets (Spar 300m, Hofer 500m) etc. Alois Drasche Park 50 m away is a perfect choice for nice walks.
