Our new luxury Chalet Culm is located directly on the majestic ski slope, yet only a short walk from the vibrant centre. The lovingly restored old wooden roof chairs and charming parlour ceilings give our three exquisite luxury flats a very special charm.
Each of our exclusive holiday flats offers space for 6 to 8 people and, of course, our spacious wellness area is also at your disposal for complete relaxation. To make your stay in the enchanting Chalet Marmotta CULM as pleasant and comfortable as possible, we provide you with two underground parking spaces per flat.
Furthermore, two of our luxurious flats are equipped with inviting fireplaces, the perfect setting for unforgettable evenings and inspiring conversations by the flickering fire.

WINTER HOLIDAYS IN ST. ANTON
THE MAGIC OF WINTER EXPERIENCES
The largest ski resort in Austria, and fifth largest in the world, is located in the Arlberg with more than 300km of marked slopes, 88 lifts and gondolas as well as 200km of off-piste routes. St. Anton is known as the cradle of alpine skiing. Ski-tourers will find a paradise of majestic mountains. Adrenaline junkies can also book heli-skiing.
Aside from the pistes the town offers: A 43km long cross-country skiing route and 80km of winter walks. Furthermore St. Anton offers a natural toboggan-run if you wish to combine thrillseeking with the beauty of winding through the magical wintry woods. Let yourself be mesmerised by the enchanting snowy landscape.
