In winter, you benefit from a perfect location: The cross-country ski trail from Dalaas to Klösterle can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. The free ski bus (2 minutes on foot) conveniently takes you to the renowned ski areas Sonnenkopf and Arlberg, ensuring varied winter sports experiences. The SPAR grocery store is located 600 meters away. A covered carport for 1 car and additional parking spaces are available.
