We manage a small group of apartments in the same historic courtyard house and focus on clear arrival guidance, responsive communication and honest practical information. Our aim is to make each stay easy, calm and well prepared.

Heritage Courtyard Apartment is a bright and comfortable apartment in a protected old-town house at Haydngasse 3. It offers the calm feeling of a courtyard house with practical comforts for a short stay, family visit or regional stopover. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with bathtub and two real beds for up to three guests: one double bed and one 90 x 200 cm single bed. Guests value the central yet quiet location, clean interior and easy access to Vienna, Bratislava, Parndorf and the airport.

Neighborhood info

Haydngasse 3 is in the old centre of Bruck an der Leitha, close to cafes, local restaurants, supermarket, parks and town sights. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away, with direct connections toward Vienna and Bratislava. Parndorf Designer Outlet is one train stop away, and Vienna International Airport is easy to reach by car. Street parking near the house is paid during daytime hours; a free public option is usually available about 50 m away and we send guidance before arrival.
