Welcome to House David! Spend dreamlike holidays in the spacious apartments and rooms equipped with all the finesse and comforts. In an extremely quiet location in the historic center of Mauterndorf at Obertauern. The town, with its castle, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is located in Austria's largest biosphere reserve. The house David has been in existence since 1522 and offers besides the luxurious comfortable accommodation free private parking, free W-Lan, flat screen Smart TV in every room, large safe, free towels, free bedding, in the apartments fully equipped kitchens, and much more. Also free of charge is the nearby large children's playground, children's bed (until 2J), high chair, illuminated hiking trail (also in winter), etc. No extra charge for children (until 15J) in the apartments. The terms and conditions apply, as they can be found in the current version on the homepage of the house.

What comes extra in winter: In winter, we offer our guests free ski bus, which takes you within minutes to the surrounding ski areas of Obertauern, Großeck, Katschberg and Fanningberg with 200km of perfectly groomed slopes. 100km of groomed cross-country skiing trails, sledge runs. Once a week, you can use the night-ski-run for free. You will receive from us free maps for the cross-country ski trails, ski resorts and further information. What comes extra in summer: Situated between the Nock Mountains and the Tauern Mountains, this is the ideal hiking, cycling and recreation area with more than 60 mountain lakes, hospitality on the alm and many mountain roads. You can choose between golf, hikes (also possible guided), bike tours (also possible guided), rafting, airplane sightseeing, sauna, swimming pool,... or a visit to the Natural History Museum in the Castle. You will receive free hiking maps and further information from us.
