This apartment gives the atmosphere in the heart of a cosmopolitan city. In the complex you will find a wellness oasis for your well-being and relaxation with a sauna, relaxation room, fitness, changing room, shower cabins, lockers, toilets, etc. which can be used till 22:00h (10 p.m) daily. there’s A concierge service, as well as an in-house garage, which offers enough parking spaces even for visitors. The apartment has - a LUXURY brand kitchen including all appliances, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. , a dishwasher, an electric cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The apartment is equipped with modern designer luxury furniture (TV, couch, table, sofa, armchairs, etc.). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, mirror cabinet and a washing machine. With the room thermostat you can control the heating. price includes daily rent fee, garage parking space, high speed Internet, Netflix, SKY Entrainment, etc.
