The house consists of two living areas. A private area as well as a guest area. The guest area is on the upper floor and is completely separated. In this separate area, guests have a toilet, kitchen, living room, bathroom (with toilet) and four bedrooms.
We have purchased a large number of furnishings NEW and hope that our guests will feel very comfortable with us.
Unfortunately we are not on site. But that doesn't matter. The keys are stored in the key safe. You will certainly find your way around. We are ALWAYS reachable by phone or WhatsApp.

'Haus Wolfi' welcomes you here in Sautens / Tyrol - where you can quickly reach world-famous ski destinations and find outdoor opportunities (ski touring, mountain hiking, canoning, climbing and much more) nearby.
The accommodation with 4 to 9 beds gives you the opportunity to make your active vacation in Tyrol AFFORDABLE. Look forward to cosiness in a traditional Tyrolean house with a Swiss pine room, tiled stove, barbecue and above all with enough space for you and your loved ones.
The house contains two living areas. The guest area on the upper floor has 146 m² of living space and two terraces, balcony. This guest area is completely separate (and lockable).
The location of Haus Wolfi is quite central (here in Sautens). And one thing is very important: the bakery and a small shop - for the purchase of groceries - can be easily reached on foot in about 3 - 5 minutes.
