Charming Hillside Holiday Home with Panoramic Mountain Views near Gmunden Welcome to our beautiful and serene holiday home, ideally located just minutes from the picturesque town of Gmunden. This inviting retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Traunstein and Grünberg mountains, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and memorable stay. Nestled into a hillside, the home offers ground-level entry to the upper floor, which is exclusively available for rent—ensuring complete privacy during your stay. The upper level features two comfortable bedrooms and accommodates up to four guests. The master bedroom includes a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a pull-out guest bed (expandable to 160 cm). The spacious and tastefully furnished living area is connected to an open dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom with a washing machine and a separate WC are also available for your convenience. Step out onto the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while taking in the stunning alpine views from the outdoor seating area. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the property offers a tranquil environment, perfect for rest and relaxation. A scenic walking path through the nearby forest leads directly to the popular Traunreiterweg, ideal for leisurely strolls or nature walks.

The home is just a short drive from the Gmunden shopping park and several major grocery stores, including Hofer and Eurospar. The beautiful Traunsee lake is only 10 minutes away, while the Attersee can be reached in approximately 20 minutes. Other popular regional attractions such as Grünberg, Schafberg, Hallstatt, and Bad Ischl are also within easy reach, making this an excellent base for exploring the Salzkammergut region.
